Hiring Process
There are two different hiring processes.
We recommend employers contact us before they can start the process of Preparing a UAE MOHRE Offer Letter or getting a UAE Employment Visa to ensure that all documents are in compliance to avoid any delays, changes, or wasting time and money to get all documents revised as per Philippine Government Requirements.
- The first one is Direct Hire where the employer has already shortlisted and sourced candidates.
- The second one is Agency Hire, where the agency appointed will advertise, source, and interview/shortlist candidates.
The following documents are required to start the hiring process.
- Original Offer Letter on company letterhead signed by the hired candidate in case of direct hire.
- Job Order Demand Letter
- Company Trade License
- VAT Registration Certificate
- Business Owner Passport & National ID Copy
- Labour Quota Approved Page to ensure that the Position mentioned in Offer Letter and Visa provided is the same.

If an employer wants to visit the Philippines additional cost of a Visa, Ticket, and Hotel Stay needs to be paid by the employer.

- Employer Should Provide Free Visa

- Employer should pay UAE Polo Attestation + Agency Fees in the Philippines
- Employer need to pay HR Consultant in UAE any facilitation fees
- Employer should not deduct any of the above fees from Employee salary as a deduction.
a. Employee should pay One Month Basic Salary to Agency in the Philippines as Placement Fee + 12% Vat
HR Consultant
- The employer shall provide Authorisation Letter to HR Consultant to process all documents here in UAE Philippine Consulate / POLO.
- Employer will pay HR Consultancy Fees to HR Consultant for their service to guide, source agency and coordinate between employer, employee, agency, and authorities to make sure the entire hiring process is smooth and in compliance with UAE and Philippine Labour Law.
- HR Consultant is authorized to collect all fees and deal with the local consulate and agency in the Philippines as per Appointment Letter and Authorisation Letter provided by Agency and Employer.
