Key Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in building the visual identity of our brand across various digital and print channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing high-quality marketing and communication materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, infographics, email newsletters, advertisements, presentations, and packaging.
- Creating visually engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Working closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns, promotions, and digital assets.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials and touchpoints.
- Assisting with photo editing, image retouching, and basic video editing when required.
- Preparing final layouts for print production and digital deployment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Adapting existing designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining creative integrity.
- Staying up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and digital media best practices.
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
We’re looking for someone who not only has the skills but also a genuine passion for design and creativity. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva is a plus.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of visual design, branding, layout, and typography.
- Good understanding of digital media formats and requirements for social media and web-based platforms.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively, take initiative, and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and preparing files for print is advantageous.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline.
Job Benefits & Work Environment:
- Salary: AED 5,000 per month (fixed)
- Visa & Work Permit: Company-provided UAE employment visa
- Medical Insurance: Basic health coverage as per UAE law
- Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year (as per UAE labor law)
- Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
