Job Description

We are currently seeking a Male Call Center Agent to be part of our customer service team in Sharjah. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to our training programs and services. You will be a key part of our customer engagement strategy, providing timely and professional support to potential clients, trainees, and other stakeholders.

Your role will include addressing inquiries, promoting our training courses, assisting with registration processes, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction:
    You will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing them with detailed information about our training programs, courses, and services.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
    Your role will involve identifying and generating potential leads by engaging with prospective clients and following up on leads to convert them into training program participants.
  3. Problem-Solving and Support:
    Address customer concerns and queries related to training sessions, schedules, course content, and more. Resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Registration and Course Enrollment:
    Assist customers in enrolling for training programs, ensuring that the registration process is smooth and all relevant information is accurately entered into our system.
  5. Maintaining CRM Database:
    Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups in our CRM system to maintain accurate records of communication and track progress.
  6. Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with the training department to ensure that customer needs are met and feedback is shared to improve course offerings.
  7. Performance Metrics:
    Achieve performance targets, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Gender: Male (Due to the nature of the role and specific team requirements, we are looking for male candidates).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A Bachelorโ€™s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal communication skills in both English and [Arabic or other languages, if applicable].
    • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
